About Me

I am a pediatric resident at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, OH. Throughout my training, I have experienced my fair share of ups and downs and have learned and grown more than I could have ever imaged. I haven’t just gained technical knowledge and skills in engineering and medicine, but I have begun a journey to find my true self.

A big part of that journey was a 1-month rotation in narrative medicine in medical school that changed my life. I was emboldened to let down my walls and approach reading and writing with fewer inhibitions, to just listen to how I felt and how those around me, who were writing or speaking or just being, felt. And that, I found, made me a better doctor, a better friend, a better wife, a better daughter, a better sister. But most of all, it furthered me on my quest to be a better human being.

I hope to continue this adventure and share it with all of you. Thank you for joining me.
